Joseph F. Generelli
Joe is a graduate of the Brooklyn Law School and is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
Joe has worked in the securities field for over 25 years as a Managing Attorney and an Associate General Counsel at E.F. Hutton & Co. (1985-1987), Prudential-Bache Securities Inc. (1987-1988), and, most recently, at UBS Financial Services Inc. (formerly known as PaineWebber Incorporated), from 1988-2000. Joe has tried raiding & recruiting cases, complex customer arbitrations, and has experience in employment cases and clearing operations. Joe also served as a District Branch Control Officer for UBS from 2000-2007 and he was a licensed supervisor.
He started his legal career at the Office of the District Attorney of Kings County in Brooklyn, New York where he investigated and tried numerous criminal cases including those that attained major offender status.
Joe is an approved mediator and arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
