Katherine Candis Clark
Candis graduated from the Harvard Law School and Princeton University. Candis has extensive experience in commercial litigation, employment litigation, and securities litigation. She clerked for the Honorable John R. Hargrove, United States District Judge for the District of Maryland. Her previous professional experience includes an association with Howrey and Simon, (now Howrey); where she practiced complex commercial litigation, and advised clients on antitrust, trademark infringement matters. Candis also served in the Office of General Counsel in the Securities and Exchange Commission where she represented the Commission in litigation on a nationwide basis, and provided advice and counsel on regulatory matters. Candis is a member of the District of Columbia, Maryland and New York Bars.
